Since 2016 I’ve been at Amazon Web Services — first as an Executive-in-Residence, then leading Digital Innovation across EMEA, and serving as the region’s Sustainability Leader. Today I advise AWS customers on strategy and transformation. Here, I write about what happens when historical patterns meet emerging technology.
